Enabling SSL for SMTP Outbound results in message delivery failure report

Hi Everyone ,

Our company users send an e-mail to our client and they encountered SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 554 5.7.1 : Client host rejected: Access denied error. I checked our configuration and everything seems ok on our system and then i open a ticket to  company's service provider  to solve our issue . And i realize ,this problem encountring our system. I searched this error in IBM and found that link . http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21961841 . This link solved our issue. I hope this information help you to solve your problem .
